Terms and Conditions for AI MENA Forum Participation
Event Information
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, agenda, speakers, moderators, venue, schedule, format, or related arrangements at any time without prior notice.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the quality and integrity of the published program.
Registration
Registration is considered complete only after payment has been received and confirmation has been issued. Registrations which remain unsettled after five business days will be canceled automatically. Re-registering will have to completed at prevailing rates which may be higher than the initial rate quoted for the initial registration.
The organizers reserve the right to reject or cancel registrations at their discretion.
Delegate Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Forum.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or detrimental to the event experience.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
Intellectual Property
All Forum materials, presentations, recordings, publications, graphics, branding, logos, content, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No Forum content may be reproduced, distributed, published, recorded, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Photography and Recording
The Forum may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.
Participants consent to the use of their image, voice, likeness, and participation in promotional, educational, reporting, and archival materials related to the Forum.
Limitation of Liability
The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, expense, delay, inconvenience, personal injury, business interruption, travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of profits, or other direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Forum.
Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, postponement, interruption, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, acts of government, civil unrest, war, terrorism, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Amendments
The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
